Tuesday

Today was another intense day of ministry. We began the day doing evangelism at the dorms of KIU, then lunch is at Mama Mombasa (authentic kenyan/ugandan food). The afternoon we went to New Castle High School (Clay preached, Jordan and Carrie shared testimonies). After dinner half the group went to KIU for leadership training by Hal Stewart and the other group went to Kibuli House Church where Justin preached and Jared and Christina shared testimonies. Here are some Highlights:
- At least 8 people trusted Christ at KIU, many were encouraged in their faith.
- We have had alot of bonding with KIU students which has resulted in some great discipleship and mutual encouragement.
- Almost everyone has had a chance to explain the gospel using the Two Ways to Live Tract, and everyone has shared there testimonies.
- Jordan had an opportunity to share her testimony and explain the gospel.
- One young man turned from Islam to Jesus.
- The leaders training was really fruitful. The students we are working with are the top 10% of the students of the nation and will be the future leaders.
